May Ms. Harmeet Dhillon please take on Washington States radicial abuse of the law to destroy the civil rights of Christians.
Dhillon Commits to Enforcing Trump’s Executive Orders on Civil Rights

Harmeet Dhillon, expressing mixed feelings, has stepped down as CEO of the Center for American Liberty to assume her new role as an assistant attorney general, a decision she believes is the right one.
Selected by President Donald Trump for her advocacy of parental rights, Dhillon will lead the civil rights division of the Department of Justice (DOJ) under Attorney General Pam Bondi. She was confirmed on April 3.
“Our priorities mirror those of the president,” Dhillon stated in an interview with The Epoch Times. “There will be no distance between our policies and those of the White House.”

Dhillon highlighted several key focuses for the civil rights division, including Trump’s executive orders aimed at protecting women’s and girls’ rights in sports, addressing gender ideology, combating anti-Semitism, and challenging “unconstitutional and discriminatory practices at America’s leading educational institutions.”
“These issues will be our primary civil rights concerns, and no one should be surprised by that,” she affirmed. “I believe I was chosen for this role due to my extensive background in civil rights and the aligned work we’ve accomplished at the Center for American Liberty, along with my experience in private practice and with the Dhillon Law Group.”
The DOJ’s civil rights division is tasked with defending religious freedoms safeguarded by the First Amendment and various federal laws, making this a priority for the current administration, she added.
Dhillon noted that with a substantial team of over 400 attorneys and 600 staff members, the civil rights division has a significant workload. She is currently familiarizing herself with its operations while initiating new investigations and initiatives.
“Every few minutes, something new comes across my desk,” she remarked on her seventh day in the position.
Although there are numerous requests on social media for investigations, Dhillon emphasized the importance of thorough examination before proceeding.
“I can’t rush the process. It’s essential that we follow our investigative protocols,” she explained. “We need to ensure our facts are accurate before pursuing legal action, but I assure you that under Bondi’s and Trump’s leadership, the civil rights division will be very proactive on the pressing issues for Americans.”
She mentioned that these issues align closely with those Trump has addressed during his campaign and in the Oval Office.
“I believe once we start revealing some of these lawsuits and investigations—showing real outcomes—people will notice a significant impact, perhaps more so than in previous Republican administrations,” she commented.
Dhillon has also established a new account on the social media platform X, where followers can keep up with her official government updates.

Mixed Emotions
Upon accepting her nomination, Dhillon anticipated that she would need to leave her role as CEO of the Center for American Liberty, which she founded in 2018.
“It’s a bittersweet moment,” she said. “I feel a sense of loss stepping away because founding this organization was a dream of mine.”
However, she expressed confidence in her colleague Mark Trammell, the former executive director, to take over the leadership responsibilities.
Dhillon established the center to comprehensively address the civil rights of American citizens who are facing both traditional and new forms of discrimination, an approach she felt was lacking in existing conservative organizations.
The center has been instrumental in defending the rights of free speech for students and has filed more lawsuits during the COVID-19 pandemic, primarily on religious freedom grounds, than any other group. It has gained recognition for representing young individuals undergoing medical and hormonal treatments in attempts to change their gender, many of whom later seek to revert these procedures, known as detransitioners.
“We have taken a leading position in advocating for the rights of young women, holding accountable physicians and medical institutions that have misled them regarding the gender transition industry and the associated harms to many young Americans,” Dhillon stated.
Looking Ahead
When asked about investigating complaints from parents of children with gender dysphoria concerning threats of custody loss for not using preferred pronouns, Dhillon replied, “The Center for American Liberty has engaged in several cases related to that, which should indicate our focus.”
“I perceive this as a deeply concerning trend,” she stated. “It undeniably constitutes a violation of Supreme Court jurisprudence, as well as natural law and civil rights law, for any state to infringe upon parental rights in the manner we have observed.”
She emphasized that compelling parents to use preferred pronouns as a prerequisite for fully exercising their parental rights infringes upon the First Amendment, due process, and equal protection.
Dhillon expressed her worries regarding states that prevent foster parents from aiding orphaned children or at-risk youth due to a refusal to conform to specific perspectives on gender.
According to her, the presidential election demonstrated a shift in public sentiment regarding gender ideology; however, government entities have been slow to respond, thereby “perpetuating these biased viewpoints” alongside nonprofit organizations that thrive on these divisive ideologies.
“They won’t disappear easily, and American lives are at stake,” she remarked. “Parental rights are civil rights and human rights, and we will be closely monitoring both state and private entities that threaten those rights.”
She indicated that the focus will be on the most severe test cases to maximize impact.
Expecting ‘Predictable’ Opposition
Dhillon stated that she isn’t overly concerned about states or organizations resisting Trump’s executive orders.
“It’s entirely foreseeable,” she remarked. “It doesn’t trouble me in the slightest.”
She referenced the historical resistance of southern states during the 1954 Brown v. Board of Education case when racial integration in public schools faced backlash.
“There is a precedent of states being incorrect, with our federal civil rights prevailing. That’s our national narrative,” she stated. “We are the best nation globally in terms of safeguarding the rights of minorities and fundamental rights.”
Similar to those who opposed the civil rights movement and the emancipation of slaves, she noted that their names will be remembered unfavorably.
“History will demonstrate that what we’re doing is right. I am very confident in that,” she said.
Dhillon observed that mainstream America’s attitude has shifted, resulting in more people voicing their opinions because they feel represented by the current president.
“They were previously hesitant to express their views… but now they’re more vocal, seeing that the majority of the country aligns with them,” she remarked. “I believe Trump embodies the mainstream of America. It’s part of why he was elected.”
Trammell to Assume Leadership
As the newly appointed CEO of the Center for American Liberty, Trammell described Dhillon as “a visionary leader” who founded the organization to advocate for Americans whose civil rights have been overlooked.
“We are absolutely committed to continuing that mission,” he told The Epoch Times. “We’re not aiming to reinvent the wheel; we are executing many things effectively.”
Trammell highlighted that representing young detransitioners, such as Chloe Cole, Layla Jane, Luka Hein, and Clementine Breen—who he asserts “were victimized by the gender industrial complex” as minors and are now fighting back as young adults—is one of the center’s top priorities.
“One of our clients, Layla Jane, underwent a double mastectomy at 13, without the capacity to provide informed consent, and my focus is on winning these cases,” he stated.
Trammell also aims to highlight cases involving parents whose children are being socially transitioned without their knowledge in public schools.
On April 4, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a lower court’s decision that had dismissed the case of Aurora Regino, a single mother in California, whose daughter was socially transitioned as a boy at school without her awareness.
According to Trammell, Regino’s daughter had expressed a desire to discuss her gender identity and transition with her mother to school staff but was discouraged from doing so.
The Center for American Liberty contends that the school violated Regino’s 14th Amendment rights concerning the due process clause, which guarantees the right to direct the upbringing and education of her child. The appeals court ruling now permits her case to proceed.“It’s essentially a conspiracy to strip parents of their rights,” Trammell stated. “This is occurring not only in the Regino case but throughout California and in an increasing number of states nationwide.”
The Center for American Liberty is actively submitting Public Records Act requests in California to compel schools to release documents that Trammell claims will reveal teachers and administrators who “are concealing information from parents” regarding the social transition of children.

Recap Court Corrupts
The prosecution of Malcolm Fraser, Defendant, Case No. 12-1-01886-0 KNT, was never about justice—it was about executing a premeditated attack on a religious community through abusive legal manipulations. Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall, King County Prosecutors, Judge Lori K Smith and Judge Beth M. Andrus used an impossible-to-commit crime by Malcolm Fraser to frame-up and destroy Sound Doctrine Church or Timothy Williams. The organized hate crime allowed Washington State’s anti-Christian mindset to demolish the rule of law as criminal activities went into full power-play mode.
